Massage the affected area gently.
Keep the area covered and warm after the massage.
Wash your hands after application.
Store the oil in a cool and dry place.
Apply 5-7 drops of LEGS RELIEF essential oil blend on affected muscles and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use twice or thrice a day as per need.
